Dear all,

Following our previous message, we are pleased to announce that the online application form for the Seminar on "Broadband Deployment & Spectrum Management in the Digital Single Market: from Policy to Judicial Control" is now open. The event will take place the 2ndDecember 2013 at the European Commission’s premises in Brussels.

The event is open to national judges of the EU Member States who have an interest/expertise in the field of EU electronic communications law. It will provide participants with a forum for debate and an occasion for exchange experience and best practices.

Applications from national judges who attended the previous editions of the Seminar are particularly encouraged.

The European Commission will cover travel and accommodation costs in Brussels for the selected participants. Please find attached the draft programme of the Seminar; further information on the event will be communicated in due time.
